In my life I have Overcome So much Adversity and hit rock bottom more than once in my life.
Being told I’d never walk again when I came home from Iraq Baghdad in 2012 poorly, Then on to make a full recovery just 3 years later.
Training for an MMA event, I sustained a grade 2 chronic muscle tear in my chest, Man down for 4 months.
And now, on the waiting list for major neck surgery as a result of an injury last year.
I am a positive Guy, With a never give up attitude and motto in life. “Non deficere”

I first deployed to Iraq in 2008, As a CPO, After 8 years service in the British Army, In the 1st Battalion the Prince of Wales Own Regiment of Yorkshire ( Now known, As The 1st Battalion the Royal Yorkshire Regiment ).
In 2012, my career came to an abrupt ending, Eventually flown home, straight to hospital, then told I may never walk again hit me hard.
Really hard.
The same time I came home my wife gave birth to our son Marli by C section.
I should have been looking after my wife and son, But couldnt…
I was bed ridden for almost three years.
My wife Feeding me, Clothing me, Taking me to the toilet, Doing my best to Prove doctors wrong.
I’ve battled, depression, and PTSD for years.
I have just come across a few old photos on the circuit and my disabled badge.
I couldn’t walk to the store, But I could park close to it…
Where there’s breath, There’s hope…

Hi folks,
I am currently Man down at the minute, I am just about to have a Triple ACDF Surgery, As a result from an injury at work last year.
I have overcome more than this in the past, This is just one more hurdle in life I am ready to smash.
My apologies for the content, Or lack of! I have been bed bound for some time.
I’ll be back better than ever, With great new content soon.
