Life is full of difficulties and challenges and I know that many young people like me suffer a lot of pressure. It could be studying and taking exams, being bullied or maybe making a living. All of these things caused a lot of stress and so am I.
I'm a senior so the studying really stress me out. Being engulfed in a bunch of exercises makes me very tired and depressed. But at times like that, I always think about my family and close people, think about the future and then I have the motivation to keep trying.
Don't be sad guys. Let's go through all these things with me. Whenever you feel exhausted or tired, just close your eyes, take a long breath and you will feel better.
