It's so important to get sick.
It's going to happen. It needs to happen. Getting sick is a totally natural occurrence that you need yet so many people do OTC's and prescription meds that suppress the body's immune system. People already have naturally suppressed defenses so it's not a good idea to synthetically add to to that problem.
The world we live in often demands us to go to work. Please don't. Stay home and take care of yourself. Stay away from meds. Rest. Let the body heal naturally. It's not fun to be sick but if you accept the reality of it and just hand in there, you'll feel so much better afterward because the body did it's job naturally! Yes!
