As of this posting - *January 3rd, 2026 @ 8:48PM EST* - it appears as though Suno has NOT altered OR removed premium creators' ability to generate, output, copyright and monetize their own *ORIGINAL* song creations, but instead has added the OPTION for creators to "remix" WMG's artists' discography.

While all of us here collectively heaved a HUGE sigh of relief - we realize that Suno's new TOS could change at any time; and as such, we are prepared to take the next steps to pursuing our ultimate goal of generating the BEST *original* Ai music.

But for now, all is well here at Rising Feenix Studios, and we couldn't be happier! 🥳

So from this moment onward, we'll continue to hum along as usual; using our own fire beats, dope lyrics and specific detailed prompts blended seamlessly with SunoAi to produce mainstream-quality Ai music that sounds like songs you'd hear on the radio!

We want to thank those of you who participated in our initial Dear Fans poll to let us know what you all think we should do IF it ever came down to it - and the votes are clear: OVER 80% of you suggest we continue to create *our own dope brand* of ORIGINAL Ai music instead of "remixing" WMG's songs - and we like the way you all think!

⚠️ DEAR FANS, SUPPORTERS, BUSINESS PARTNERS & VIEWERS:

With the unfortunate new development regarding #Suno settling with Warner Music Group (WMG), we at Rising Feenix Studios (RFS) are now navigating and steering our ship through murky and uncertain waters.

Here at #RFS, we are all about *innovation*, *originality* and good ol' fashioned *hard work* and determination to write, produce and release the highest-quality Ai music for the masses to consume and enjoy.

However, with Suno giving in to this greedy controlling record label WMG, creators like us will no longer be permitted to create and produce ORIGINAL Ai music using our own written lyrics and our own proprietary blend of detailed, specific prompts and beats.

Warner Music Group (one of many cabal record labels) will REMOVE ALL **creative freedom** from the Suno platform beginning January 2026. That may be the month when our Ai music production comes to a screeching halt.. for the time being.

It is possible that between now and then, either China or another developer will come out with a *globally-trained* OPEN-AI music generating tool that the greedy cabal record labels CANNOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF. If this occurs, then FeenixRADIO/Rising Feenix Studios will continue to hum along as usual, producing the BEST original, mainstream-quality Ai music using whatever OPEN-AI music generating tool is available! But, if this does NOT happen any time soon - then RFS will be going into hiatus mode until such an event occurs.

If WMG attempts to come after our original Ai music and claim "copyright ownership" over our artists' masters, our artists' likenesses and anything else associated with OUR *original* Ai music artists, we will have no other choice but to remove ALL of our music from every streaming/video viewing platform (basically removing them from existence) and to invent another viable way for our fans, supporters, viewers and business partners to download, use, share and consume our original Ai music.

We wanted to give you all the heads up about what might possibly happen. So, if you suddenly notice that we have disappeared and removed our FeenixRADIO channel from YouTube, take heart in knowing that we are working diligently behind the scenes like little elves to create a viable and legal way for us to display and distribute our original Ai music for you to download and enjoy.

We didn't come all this way just for a soon-obsolete greedy record label to swoop in and remove ALL of our CREATIVE FREEDOMS so they can make millions of dollars from people remixing only *THEIR* artists' music! Nah.

RFS wants to know how YOU truly feel about everything that is happening with the take-over of Suno by Warner Music Group - and how you think this will affect the evolution of our Ai music label, the distribution of our Ai music and our actions moving forward.
