This is the Pearl Mermaid Queen of pearl Bay, for those of you who are wondering why she looks similar to Penelope from when she first met the pearl mermaids, it's because Penelope was wearing the Pearl crown, and that's why she first looked like that.
The Pearl Mermaid Queen has rainbow color pastel colors, I'm starting to question if it was a mistake or not, because don't get me wrong I love the rainbow, but maybe I should have made her completely White like pearls, but what do you guys think.
Anyways the Pearl Mermaid Queen is the ruler of all the pearl mermaids, at first she didn't trust any humans due to for crown being missing for ages because the humans stole it, that'll change when she first met Penelope who returned the crown.
