We often feel demotivated when the scale doesn’t move. But trust me when I say this, weight loss isn’t always linear. After a significant drop in weight, the body adapts. Progress slows. That doesn’t mean failure, it means the system is stabilising. Rushing it with crash diets may bring faster results, but it often comes at a cost: muscle loss, loose skin, hormonal imbalance, burnout.
Sustainable progress is slower. Intentional. Controlled.
Health should be the primary goal. Weight loss should be the by-product.
If energy levels are better, strength is improving, clothes fit differently, and food habits are cleaner, progress is happening, even if the scale is neutral.
So always choose health over number and do not ever go back to the patterns that made you sick♥️
It may sound ironical coming from me, I love creating videos! In fact, I run a business that creates videos for brands all year long but this year, I have consciously cut down my screen consumption hours. If I had my way and enough money in my pocket, I would disappear from the public eye just to focus on my routine, read all the books on my shelf, watch the best of cinema, travel without the worry of how I look like, explore the best of cafés without the need to rate them! I would live the best life without the extreme consumption of information. The addiction of reels is real, best is to either create or allot 1 hour a day to your phone, live life! And in that living, you will find yourself again
