When the final light ruptured forth, the entirety of the earth writhed in agony, the sun turned all black along with the now starless sky.

I saw, with my own eyes, the blackened day become night itself.

And in the once golden sun's place was the blood moon.

I prayed for forgiveness, but forgiveness would not come. I shed all my tears, but catharsis would not come.

I bled for God, but salvation would not come.
