Still working on part 2 of the KiCad 9 tutorial video and will have it released by the end of this week/the weekend. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience (been rather busy with work & travel)! :)

I'm afraid I won't make it to Embedded World Germany this year - but PCB Arts have their annual tech meet-up on March 12th (this time with pizza!). If you're into PCB design, embedded systems, and electronics and want to connect with like-minded individuals, make sure to attend! Sign-up link: tinyurl.com/pcbartstechmeetup 🔥

I'll be at Electronica in Munich this Wednesday (13th November, 2pm) at the ‪@JLCPCB‬ booth (B1 169). If you're attending, make sure to stop by and say hi - I'm looking forward to seeing you there! ☺️

Hey everyone, Sorry for the delay in posting the next video, I was at PCBEast last month. New video will be out tomorrow! More, regular KiCad content coming as well. Do you have any designs/content that you would like to see?
Thanks,
Phil

Hi everyone, Robert Feranec and I will be at Embedded World in Nürnberg (9-11 April) at the Fedevel booth (Hall 5, Booth 5-316). Do make sure to stop by if you are attending!
There is also a PCB/electronics-meetup event by PCB Arts on 10th of April, which we'll be attending (www.eventbrite.de/e/pcb-arts-tech-meetup-tickets-8….
Hopefully see you there - I'm looking forward to meeting you in person!

**New KiCad 7 + STM32 Bluetooth full tutorial coming out this week!** This video is very long (4+ hrs) from project creation, schematic design, PCB layout and routing, and manufacturing. Would you prefer this video to be split into two (1: schematic, 2: PCB)? Release is planned for this week Friday (tomorrow).

Matt Venn (from Zero to ASIC course fame) will be featuring in a video on the channel in the near future, showing how to get your own chip produced based on an HDL design - very excited for that!
Do you guys have any (simple) HDL project ideas you would like to see implemented?

In the meantime make sure to check out tinytapeout.com/ to take part on your own or see previous projects (e.g. tinytapeout.com/runs/tt04/#all-projects)

This month we'll have two videos on the channel: full KiCad 7 STM32WB Bluetooth design tutorial (boards arrived and tested last week!) and a Class D amplifier PCB design tutorial!

No design video today I'm afraid, as I'm off to Shenzhen tomorrow for the week to visit the PCBWay factories (will make a video of the tour!). Next week there'll be a video on an M.2 form-factor MCU+SDRAM+FLASH design.

Thank you all very, very much for your support over the last (nearly) three years - I can't believe the channel has reached 100,000 subscribers!

I'd love to make a 100k video to chat about a couple things: my own gear/lab set-up, future videos, personal projects, update on the course, and how I learn best/progress/try to improve my skills.

I'll also be visiting Shenzhen and the PCBWay factories in May and will be making a video on that, including a tour of how a PCB is made - very exciting!

Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to hear about - I'm always very grateful for ideas!

Thanks again - many videos still to come! :)

Hi everyone, You may have seen an upload today (USB-C PD), which I had to take down due to an audio sync issue. The original edit and upload was fine for about an hour on YouTube. However, then a ~30sec audio shift happened and I can't fix it on YouTube... I'll aim to try again in the coming week. Sorry about that!
