The Bible doesn’t teach blind trust.

Not every smile is safe.

Not every friend is loyal.

So you don’t fight.

You don’t explain.

You don’t expose.

You simply withdraw, and let God deal with the heart.

That’s not bitterness - that’s biblical discernment.

INGREDIENTS for 4 pans (8×8 each)

(Original grams × 4)

Butter: 227 g × 4 = 908 g
Semisweet chocolate: 454 g × 4 = 1816 g
Eggs: 4 × 4 = 16 eggs
Granulated sugar: 250 g × 4 = 1000 g
Instant coffee: 6.2 g × 4 = 24.8 g
Oil: 37 g × 4 = 148 g (≈ 150 ml)
Vanilla extract: 13 g × 4 = 52 g (≈ 52 ml)
All-purpose flour: 125 g × 4 = 500 g
Unsweetened cocoa: 25 g × 4 = 100 g
Baking powder: 4 g × 4 = 16 g
Salt: 1.5 g × 4 = 6 g



🧑‍🍳 METHOD (for 4 pans)

1. Melt butter + chocolate in double boiler.
2. In another big bowl: whisk eggs + sugar.
3. Add coffee, oil, vanilla.
4. Mix in melted chocolate mixture.
5. Sift together flour + cocoa + baking powder + salt.
6. Fold gently into wet mixture.
7. Split batter into 4 greased 8×8 pans.
8. Bake at 175°C for ~25–30 mins.

Center should be fudgy, not fully firm.


Tips:

If you want fudgy, underbake slightly. If you want cakey, add +7 g baking powder and +100 g flour.

Also,rest brownies overnight before slicing if you want perfect edges. Don’t rush it.
