I cook a lot of tried and true vintage recipes. Food my Southern grandmother, mother and aunts cooked. Foods I grew up with that I want to share with you.
I love trying new food ideas as well. Healthy alternatives. My husband loves to eat and I enjoy cooking good tasty food for him along with family and friends.
I upload simple and delicious recipes 2 times weekly along with many shorts along the way.
I LOVE CARS. Expect to see some amazing cars here, old and new alike.

My Southern great grandmother made this amazing Scalloped Corn dish back in the late 1800's. It has been a treasured family recipe ever since.
I messed up my cracker topping making the video, the dish was just as amazing.

This is a marvelous recipe, a stuffing/dressing that is also a vegetable. I have had special requests for this since a friend shared it in the early 70's. I have friends that over the years just show up at our house with all of the ingredients in a bag and wearing a hopeful look.
