Gilberto and Fernando met as Chargers beat reporters before launching a podcast to keep fans informed while sharing their unique experiences as Mexican-American sports writers. Now Compas on the Beat has expanded to four shows with What's Up Bolts (Chargers), House of Horns (Rams) and Combat Compas (boxing, MMA, pro wrestling).

The Compas aren't on the same beat anymore with "Gilbeeeerrrrtooo" now covering the NFL for Sports Illustrated, but he can't get rid of Fernando. ... What's Up, Bro!
