I survived the typhoon (Plus How I'm Always So Lucky) ✨ It was a super typhoon here in the Philippines. Fortunately, we were on the tail end of it. The waves came right up to the top of the steps at the end of the road - but we were okay.
Our favorite tree fell down. But other than that, our house was safe and we were dry.
We just arrived in the Philippines about a week and a half ago, and we love it here. This has been a long time held dream. For over a decade, I’ve wanted to get back to the tropics.
As many of you know, I met my husband in a bar named Eden by the beach in Thailand, while we were dancing. Our first date lasted nine days.
People have definitely called me charmed... lucky ... and they notice how so many things just work out for me. And while this is true (and I’ll tell you more about this), I’ve certainly had a lot of pain in my life.
Many of you know I had PTSD. But I healed naturally - through emotional alchemy, energy work. A very spiritual, breathwork based kind of EFT tapping.
But rather than just tapping on your face and talking, this method is about deeply feeling the emotion and moving the trauma through. This is a method I’ve developed and built upon, which I call Somatic Illumination™️ EFT.
Learning from my teacher, Sonya Sophia, all those years ago, starting in 2010 and for years onward, opened me up and changed my life.
And while I absolutely recommend having a home practice to heal yourself...
Whether it’s something severe like PTSD or if you’re simply feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or not safe enough to relax - or if your resistance gets so strong it feels impossible to move - whichever end of the spectrum you're on, your emotional healing work is the most important thing.

Then by things going wrong, this is actually the Divine helping you see when you're off path through the negative karma and painful feelings
You know, before we could even book the plane tickets, there was what I call a gift of withholding.
The gift of withholding came from God. Even though I was doing all the right things - I was working, working out, doing my spiritual work, and objectively doing great... things just stopped.
Where I’d usually make sales, they just… stopped. Everything stopped.
And do you know why?
Even though it was painful (as many spiritual lessons are), it was to help me see the places where I was still lacking - in my character, in my trust, in my ability to follow through.
I had to face these parts of myself and maintain a positive disposition even when things weren’t working.
It's my ability to find a true positive meaning in literally every situation that makes me so lucky...
This gift of withholding is meant to help you become ready for the greater vision God / The Divine - has in store for you.
Every lesson gets to be a blessing. Every challenge is simply helping you grow and rise!

Which means that when you go through the emotional process of releasing hurt so it returns to its natural state of Love - God's Love fills these parts of you naturally.
This Love intelligence is coded with the Universal Laws, so you think and act harmoniously with good, influencing the world around you to be good to you.
I have anxiety and insomnia, what can I do?! Kai Clifford: One must face the cause of anxiety (which is one part of what I specialize in) Anxiety means you're imagining and expecting a negative future.
Not being able to sleep means your ego is hanging on running the show, trying to figure everything out - when there is nothing for the ego to figure out like that.
This means the mind latches onto problems it wants to solve and avoid - instead of commanding and trusting in reality.
But repressing the anxiety doesnt work - it's about realizing the anxiety isn't just a feeling - it's the emotional part of your energy body that has OPINIONS. This is a subpersonality within you that needs to be found in your body (find the anxiety feel it give it a color notice how big the color is etc and you'll be able to see it as an object with, which is key) this object aka your subpersonality / subpart wants to talk with YOU...
But as humans we don't know it exists like that.
When you go in and connect with this part of you you can have a conversation with it, start embracing it with Love like you would a small child, kitten or puppy... And as you understand it, accept it forgive it for it how it feels - the anxiety melts and turns into trust and ease - because you showed up for this part of you that was deemed not good enough long ago (by your own emotions because expressing that part of you got you in trouble or something like that)....
There is a massive disconnect in the world - people don't know we are meant to be connecting with these parts of ourselves.
As we do this, physical chronic pain heals too. I've saved wombs from hysterectomies and stopped their cramps - one client even went on to have a safe and healthy pregnancy in her 40s after being told she would have to have it removed. But we spoke with the pain instead and healed it.
It works to heal every problem in our lives because every problem is emotional because it's all about how we relate to the issue and perceive it.
When we change our personality our reality changes too.
You can begin by feeling the color of it and let yourself guess and make it up. Breathe into a LOT with big sighs and start asking it questions and LISTEN. When done right with some practice the answers will pop right up as long as you're not forcing an answer or thinking over it.

YOUR MOOD IS MORE IMPORTANT THANK MOST REALIZE ✨ If you think you're doing 'everything right' but things still aren't working how you want - then you're forcing it from ego and fear, instead of pouring your Love into what you're doing.
Likely you're showing up in your business (and probably relationships) with a serious grim energy.
But you can care and be committed to something without being GRIM.
YOU can be deeply committed, but with a light hearted playfulness and joy.
The problem is we get moods stuck in our subconscious on repeat. Like a tar pit, or heavy weight, or fog like energy in your body somewhere - LITERALLY
When I take my clients into their subconscious - (which you can't see easily because it's submerged under the surface like a submarine)...
They tell me their goals - then we tune in closely to how the body responds...
Mostly people don't notice any of this. You think that tensing you feel about your goal is nothing and you should just work through it or positive think over it...
And while there is a time and place to put your stuff aside and just get your work done...
I can tell you, it's a WORLD EASIER when you realize these bodily reactions hold THE KEY to your ascension and manifestations...
They are the fear.
They are literal thoughts in your body.
Beliefs saying it isn't safe
Or won't happen
Or you're not worthy
Or you have to protect yourself
Or one of many other things that is individual to you and your story.
So I invite you to right now. Think of a desire that hasn't been working out how you want (or at all)
And give yourself permission to truly notice where you tense up or feel heavy... Or any uncomfortable feeling that isn't ease joy and flow.
