Hi Guys, Great News!! We're going Live on Youtube with a workout at 7:00pm today. That's Thursday 23rd April at 7:00pm. We'll be streaming a full BMF FOB workout, 45 minutes of total body training. You'll just need a rucksack, bag or anything with a bit of weight in it.
