You really dont need any elaborate juice recipes to heal your health issues. Its really more about what you arent eating. And replacing all the food that is causing the health problems, with hydration. Healing is about hydrating the body, and eating very easy to digest food. Fruit, and juice are the two easiest things besides water for our body to digest. When we stop eating processed chemical cooked dehydrated and hard to digest crap, our bodies natural ability to detoxify and cleanse majorly increases. Resulting in the inorganic substances getting eliminated from the body, and your body becoming more hydrated overall. Juicing is not the cure to your health issues, your own body is the cure, juicing just helps hydrate you along the way 😉

I first discovered a fruit based raw vegan diet 6 years ago when i was in the hospital puking my brains out from severe digestive issues. I tried all the other animal based diets including raw carnivore and they made me worse and never made sense. I was given two options from the doctors. one: cut the damaged area out of my intestines. two: take 💊 immune suppressing drugs. I let go of my resistance to veganism and finally decided to do some research on healing disease with plants. I discovered juicing, fruitarianism, fasting, and veganism all in about 8 hours that night in the hospital. It hit me like a bolt of lightning and made more sense then anything else I had ever heard in my life. I decided that night that my body was obviously designed to eat a fruit based diet. I became a raw vegan for life overnight. Everything I thought I knew before then went out the window and I have not blinked for one second since making that decision. I understand my tastebuds, food that is alive, food that i am attracted to in its raw form, tastes deliscous without processing it, and food that will give me enough calories and water content to never need anything else is the onlt food that does not lead to health issues or dehydration. It was obvious. Since then I have remained 100% raw. My tastebuds have completly changed and I have zero interest in ever eating cooked or processed food ever again. My diet is raw living food. I have also healed myself of debilitating health conditions, have healed many mental health issues, and found a new love for living a humble egoless life closer to nature and warm weather. I have seen absolute miracles happen with more people then I can even count who have followed a similar path. It's quite obvious. Humans are attracted to fruit. Our bodies are designed to be healthy by default, and when we return back to our natural raw diet, our bodies become alive again. How much fat shold you consume?

If your trying to detox your body, too much overt fat is drastically slowing you down and holding you back. We know for a fact that too much overt fat causes the blood to become thick, slow, and even people with a healthy pancreas to have elevated blood glucose levels.

Plant fats are FAR superior then the fats from animals (cheese milk, butter, yogurt, and yes even meat, as meat always contains fat) however even too much avocado, coconut meat, nuts and seeds and ESPECIALLY oils, will completly halt your detoxification and healing if you consume to much of it for many many people.

The key to detoxing yourself is the have periods of cleansing, and periods of rebuilding. You should not eat an over fat free diet forever. This is a bad idea and I dont personally know any long term raw foodist who never eat over fats.

A great book to read on carb-fat-protein ratios is called 80-10-10 by Dr. Doug Graham, A KEY read if you want to learn the true in and outs of a low fat raw food diet.

I believe fats are super crucial to long term health, but if your trying to heal, the important periods of being overt fat free are critical!!!! Wether it be a 3-5 week water fast, a 3 month juice cleanse, or a 5 month simple mono fruit high water content diet, this will be the time you should focus on detoxing, followed by a redbuilding period.

I personally do not eat nuts, seeds, or oils of any kind anymore. Occasionally i would have gourmet raw vegan dishes in the past that usually have high nuts, and I never felt as good the day after. I hear this with countless long term raw vegans.

If your not fasting, or doing long juice cleanses, and you want to focus on detoxing yourself in a more simple and less "extreme" way, just try eating things like watermelon, papaya, mangos, oranges, grapes, berries, etc for several weeks or months, with lettuce if you'd like, and watch the major difference in how your body feels compared to when you include the overt fats. It's literally a night and day difference in energy levels.
