2025 what a year 🥊🥵❤️

Lots of boxing training in many different gyms in Latin America and Mexico 🇲🇽 we learned a lot, sweated a lot and we are ending the year stronger than we were last year.
We had phases of intense trainings camps in high altitude - because we love to push our limits and challenge ourselves physically and mentally. This year we started to take time to deload our trainings load for 1-3 weeks - which means we still trained but in a lower intensity and shorter and lighter sessions. This worked well for us - to not burn us out and stay consistent.
Being in different trainings environments showed us different styles of learning boxing and taught us to stay true to who we are.
Generally I can say we well deeper in love with boxing this year and can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us 🥊
