According to Simon Baron-Cohen's early Theory of Mind work; *all autistic people lack a theory of mind mechanism*. And one of the most popular advanced theory of mind tests can identify this mechanism by found by guessing adjectives for a cropped photo of someone's eyes (yes, really).

How skilled are you at masking (aka pretending to be neurotypical)?

🦎 Chameleon-tier: You blend in so well, you're not sure who you really are anymore.
🏆 Oscar-worthy: Top performance, but exhausted after.
🎲 Hit & Miss: Some days you pass, some days you're stimming in the supermarket.
⛔️ You don't mask anymore (or never did)

Masking is what we do to blend in, so I'm thinking, eye contact hacks, tone changes, hiding/suppressing stims or natural body movements, rehearsing conversations. Which 'level' are you, in general?
