Replacing Off Key Tiki, which closed last summer after its 14th season, Baja’s expansive, three-acre space features outdoor dining and catering areas. Oliva is a veteran restaurateur who also owns and operates Prato 850 in Commack and Bar Grazie in Massapequa Park.
