Hey, I’m Crissie, I’m a wife, mum of two and the woman behind Mrs Inked UK.
After losing my job, I completely changed my life, qualified as a Personal Trainer and opened my own private gym.
Now I’m sharing the reality of running a new business, working with clients, family life, food, fashion, holidays, fast cars and whatever else happens along the way.
This isn’t a fitness channel filled with perfect workouts and meal plans. It’s real-life vlogs, honest chats, chaotic weeks and me figuring out this next chapter as I go.

After taking a 6 month break from YouTube, I’M BACK 🎥🙌🏼
But things look a little different around here now…
I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer for 12 months, and this year I made the slightly terrifying decision to put pretty much all of my social media earnings back into myself and open my own private gym studio. 🥹🏋🏼♀️
So welcome to the new chapter of my YouTube channel…
I’ll be uploading WEEKLY and taking you along for the reality of being a new gym owner, PT and class instructor while I try to build a little private gym on the high street into a business that actually pays me a living. 😂
