This made me stop watching YouTube...
When I was going through earlier stages of my awakening, I hit a point where all I wanted to do was binge YouTube videos and podcasts about awakening and ascension.
I’d wake up in the morning and look for the next thing. An energy update about the month, what’s going to happen next, something on healing, etc. There were a few people that I watched regularly.
Until something happened. One day, one of those people I followed, was sharing a piece of information they had channeled from their guides about the collective. And I had a thought, “I want to see that information myself.”
In that moment something truly shifted in me, where the desire to receive my own perspective and information became stronger than the desire to just consume others’ information. And so that sent me on the path to understand my own channeling abilities.
The more I opened up, the more I practiced, the more I received from a clear and loving state, the more obsessed I became with this rather than watching things on YouTube. I became my own vessel for information. Before I knew it, I’d become the thing that I kept seeking. And after a short while I realized “hey, I’m not watching things on YouTube anymore.”
Sure, I definitely received help listening to other people’s information. But the BIGGEST help these channelers gave me was me witnessing them in their power of connection which birthed my desire to connect to my own information.
I even ended up taking a workshop from one of the people I watched on channeling and it catapulted me into my development. I realized that my desire to consume all of this information was actually my soul trying to tell me I possessed the same abilities.
Don’t get me wrong, these days I’ll catch a video here and there. There’s lots of wonderful channelers out there to help fill in gaps or add to information, but I’m not viewing out of a need anymore. I filled that need myself by opening my own gifts.
So if you ever watch a channeler and think “I want to see that information myself” or “I’ve been thinking or feeling the same thing” then chances are you’re a channeler as well. And I would love to help you open up to that, just like others did for me. It doesn’t mean you have to start sharing on YouTube, it just means you’ll be able to be in that state of connection yourself to receive whatever information you feel called to instead of relying on people online.

Connecting to Higher Paradigms of Thought
