“They, the Builders of the Nation” honors the faith, courage, sacrifice, and determination of the Latter-day Saint pioneers who crossed the plains, established communities, built temples, and trusted God through hardship.
Their legacy is more than history. They were covenant disciples who worked and sacrificed for generations they would never meet.
Their example invites each of us to ask:

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new Versewell channel: Songs of Freedom.
Created from historic American songs, poems, speeches, and other public-domain texts, Songs of Freedom brings the words and ideals of America’s past into new musical settings. The channel will feature original Versewell recordings inspired by the American Revolution, the Founding Era, the Civil War, the struggle for equality, and many other chapters of American history.
Each song is carefully researched, adapted for musical performance, and developed through the human-directed Versewell creative process. Some of the songs that first appeared on this channel will now soon be on our Songs of Freedom channel.
