Hi guys! I try to upload a new short every day expect Saturday and Sunday and a video every Sunday š¬š Please Subscribe So I Can Get 10,000 subs!! I donāt post on Christmas, Halloween, New Yearās Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, or Valentineās Day so donāt expect anything then! Hope you enjoy my content!
Sometimes I might not post one day but I will try to make up for it. Also if I feel like it I might just randomly post a short that isnāt on one of those days or post multiple shorts on one of those days.

By the way do yāall prefer stretch routines for general flexibility like leg stretches for flexibility, back stretches for flexibility, and full body stretches for flexibility, or do you prefer stretch routines specifically for advanced, intermediate, or beginner flexibility levels, or do you like stretch routines for specific skills like scorpions, bridges, and splits?
