Someone who is educated has more pressure to look for a job while the one who is not educated is not having any pressure becoz he knows he has no paper hence will be open to do anything while someone who has a paper is waiting for year when he or she will be get employment.

Especially those that only think the paper they got in school is the only saviour they have and can't think beyond that paper,it has crippled them and can't think about anything else.

Listen that paper your kids will not inherit it all in this life if you died.
That job you look for the moment you die the company will replace you.

They say education is the key to success but the moment you graduate they change the padlock to they want 3yrs experience for them to them to employ you,have you seen that it's a scam?

Why can't they employ you and tell you if you fail to deliver as a graduate for certain period of time then they will fire you?

Why do they want to keep recycling people that have worked before and not the people graduating from these college's and universities?

You see this is the reason you should think beyond that paper to make it in this life, nowadays you need connections to get a job and expirience too so wake up from your sleep and do something of your own even as you await for that job.

In this passage you find a story of tree's that looked for someone to lead them and so they approached the fellow tree's to ask them to be there leader.
A. Olive Tree.
B. Fig Tree.
C. The Vine Tree.
D. The Bramble's.

Am gonna start with wat the first tree speaks of and this is the first tree that refused to be the leader after it was approached and the answer it gave was when it was asked to rule over other trees.
