🚫 Worst Experience with Wonderchef OTG 🚫

I bought my Wonderchef OTG in July 2022 and used it hardly 50–60 times. For the past two months, it has completely stopped working.

I’ve raised 5–6 service requests, but every complaint was closed automatically without any solution. Even after speaking to multiple customer executives and writing to escalation@wonderchef.in, I got no response.

The last executive even told me to get it repaired from a local shop since they couldn’t help! 🤦‍♂️

Such a pathetic experience — both the product and service are disappointing.
My sincere advice: Don’t buy Wonderchef OTG or any of their products. They don’t stand by their customers once the warranty is over. ❌
