ATTENTION!!
1. I only bought US stocks once, for 100 rs, do i still need to file Schedule FA?
Answer: YES. Even if you bought & sold before 31st dec and currently do not have any US stocks, you have to file schedule FA, and also FSI for any capital gains/ loss and dividend/ interest income from stocks & bonds.
2. Schedule FA is filed for Jan-Dec, do i have to file this in December?
Answer: NOOOO..! You have to file this month (ITR deadline is 31st July). Data Jan-Dec 2025 ka bharna hai usme.
3. I bought US stocks in March 2026, should i file Schedule FA?
Answer: No! Since it is filed as per calendar year, this time we are reporting the Jan-Dec 2025 data. March 2026 transaction comes in the 2026 calendar year which we will report in FY27 ITR (next year).
Bhai log help lelo (either a portal like cleartax or your friendly neighborhood CA) but jaldi submit kardo. Penalty is real!

As a finance creator i could have stayed silent, but this has gone too far and our country can do better.
As promised, the video’s intro contains LLA stance on the protest, i am sure it will upset some people but that is okay.
The rest of the video is on ITR filing (for US stocks), since many of you have invested in international equity after watching my videos it is my inherent duty to teach you Tax Compliance because failure to do so will attract a penalty of 10L and 7 years jailtime (no, i am not kidding).
So the only request to jagruk janta is to watch this video & complete your tax compliance by 31st July (the last date to file ITR).

One photo. So many memories :)
From random selfies and chai breaks to late night shoots, office chaos, team trips, edits, meetings, stress, laughter and growth… every picture carries a story that looked small in the moment but now feels priceless.
Some people joined as interns and became family. Some stayed for years. Some moved ahead in life. But every single person added something to the journey.
