Time to Say Goodbye takes audiences on a stunning journey through his incredible career with never-before-seen photos, testimonials and tributes, all to the tune of Alex's most beloved songs from his legendary catalogue, including "Criticize", "Fake" and "If You Were Here Tonight". Accompanied by his exemplary 9-piece live band, there won't be a dry eye in the house as the crowd comes together to celebrate Alexander O'Neal's legacy.
Alexander O'Neal has a soulful yet tough voice with the same grit and range as Otis Redding's and is at ease with pumping dance floor burners and sleek couch huggers. The power of his material and his robust vocals can be heard on his many hits, including the eponymous debut album Alexander O'Neal from 1985, the hit album Hearsay from 1987, All True Man from 1991 and Lovers Again from 1998.

The early eighties saw Alex begin his solo career as a vocalist, making his first recordings in 1984 with Jam and Lewis. The self titled, debut solo album, was released by a local label called Tabu (distributed world wide by CBS) and a year later generated his first UK top 10 smash ‘Saturday Love’ along with solid R&B classics such as ‘A Broken Heart Could Mend’ and ‘If You Were Here Tonight’.
