Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT to be Honoured with “Voice of People Award” at (IAA) International Achievers Awards–2026, Chicago, USA :

Amjed Ullah Khan, Spokesman of Majlis Bachao Tahreek (MBT) and a prominent social worker known for his unwavering commitment to public service, has been officially nominated and selected for the prestigious “Voice of People Award” at the (IAA) International Achievers Awards–2026. The award is being conferred by the UAE-based international organisation "Being Muskan".

The award ceremony will take place on 23rd January 2026, starting 7:00 PM onwards, at Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago, United States of America, in the presence of distinguished guests, achievers, and delegates from various countries.

The “Voice of People Award” recognises Amjed Ullah Khan’s decades-long grassroots activism and his relentless efforts in resolving public grievances, standing up for justice, and consistently raising issues affecting the common people. As a two-time Corporator-GHMC and MBT Spokesman, he has been widely acknowledged as a strong bridge between the people and the administration. His daily #Praja_Darbar at his residence, #Darul_Aman, Chanchalguda, has emerged as a unique public forum where citizens from all walks of life, irrespective of caste or creed, approach him to seek real-time solutions to their problems.

In recognition of his deep public connect, it is noteworthy that Amjed Ullah Khan contested the Assembly Elections in December 2024 from Yakutpura Assembly Constituency in Hyderabad, Telangana State and narrowly lost by just 700 votes, reflecting the strong support he commands among the people.

Due to his responsibilities and active engagement in connection with the ongoing Municipal Elections in Telangana State, Amjed Ullah Khan will be unable to attend the international award ceremony in person. The award will therefore be received on his behalf by his brother-in-law Liyaqat Ali Khan, who will represent him at the event.
