My family moved to Utah, when I was a child -- back in 1987. Those were simpler times. Lake Powell was at its peak fill level, there were no cellphones, and exploring nature meant using a compass. Now, you can use my channel as your "compass" to Southern Utah, and even stay at my rentals.
I was an actor and musician before moving here, so you can expect my channel to have a theatrical quality as well as hear original songs in many of my videos.
"Liberty Vacation Rental" is near the Utah/Arizona border, in a quiet town called Big Water. Antelope Canyon and Buckskin Gulch are 30 minutes away. Also see the Grand Canyon, or my favorite place, Zion Canyon (90 minutes away). You can also kayak, paddle board, jet ski, rent boats, ATV's, take an air tour at the lake.
Big Water also has a dinosaur museum and a play park with exercise equipment for kids and families.

Last chance to get a warm-water swim by the dam, before autumn temperatures come. This is still a great place for cliff jumping and getting sun. Watch out for fishing lines, if people are trying to catch fish nearby.

If you're visiting the area without a boat, you can rent one for about $500 per day, and do some fun tow sports like wakeboarding, water skiing, etc.
With a few friends, maybe 5 to 10 people sharing the cost makes it more affordable.
Strongly recommend getting the supplemental insurance plan with your boat rental. Lake Powell can have hidden rocks barely under the surface, and these are usually marked with cylinder buoys.

A beautiful hike in the 2nd most popular national park in the USA. The most popular hikes at Zion are ANGEL'S LANDING and THE NARROWS. Right now, it's a bit too cold for the Narrows, and Angel's Landing now uses a lottery system during the busy summer season (limited entry). Therefore, this is your next best option! Check it out.
