I'm devastated, y'all.

Mass effect is probably my favorite sci-fi series and universe of all time. And now we'll never get to see what's next...

Quick personal post:

Outside this channel, I'm a policy and legislative strategist, and I run electoral and advocacy campaigns. I write policy, build coalitions, get legislation passed, and help candidates win. I've spent the last two years managing highly competitive races, which is why uploads have slowed down.

That role has now wrapped up, and I'm looking for what's next. My focus is climate, energy, tech, space, and AI policy and government affairs.

I'm based in the DC area and open to remote. If you work in this space, or know someone who's hiring, I'd love to connect!

Here is a 2nd channel stealing my videos - youtube.com/@Chronar-i3w

Magnetar

Hey all,

This channel has stolen, so far, 125 of my own videos. Not only are they stealing my narrations, but they're stealing from the authors that wrote the stories and the sound designers that edited the audio.

Please keep an eye out for channels like this and let me know when you see them.

I'll be submitting an individual copyright claim for each video.

Shout out to @juggernaut9713 for giving me a heads up.

I turned 30 on Monday.

I worked, took a nap, played Xbox, ate takeout. The milestone came and went without much of anything. What it did come with was guilt for the things I stopped making time for, the things I never got around to, and the knowledge that time is running out.

I know 30 is young to most people. I still can't shake the feeling that I'm running out of time. So I'd rather spend what I have than sit on it.

About halfway done with recording the next Eclipse. It will either premiere today or tomorrow. Then, I have a backlog of other stories to get to.

I hope the content I share here brings you some semblance of joy and comfort.

Here is an announcement I sent to members a few days ago:

Just wanted to give you all a quick heads-up. Something pretty major is happening in my personal/professional life, and it’s going to take up more of my time over the coming months.

That said, I still plan to post regularly, aiming for about 1 to 2 videos a week on average starting up in August. There might be a week here or there where I have to skip entirely, and other weeks where I can post a whole bunch (like 5, if I get the time and creative energy!).

As we get closer to June of next year, I’ll be getting busier, and updates may slow down a bit. But after June, things should calm down — either a lot or at least enough for me to dive back into more consistent uploads again.

Thanks for sticking with me and for all the support. It means the world, and I’m excited to keep sharing stories with you when I can.

Finally starting to feel better.

I'm working on an Eclipse story and want to get it out tomorrow night ideally.

Thanks for your patience 🙏
