Hi, everyone. Shadow, my rescue dog, needs your help.

I have been so grateful for the community here on YouTube, and as uncomfortable as it is that I need to ask for help, Shadow deserves it.

In short: my dog, Shadow, has some veterinarian needs to be crowdsourced. I work very hard to provide a nice home and good food for him. He gets plenty of snuggles and exercise, but I must rely on the collective to get his ear infections and heart worms properly treated.

I took him in for the ear infection when I noticed it, at which point he got a checkup on other vitals. It turns out that his ear infection is much worse than originally thought, and he tested positive for heart worms. This is a long, extensive procedure that I need help with covering the costs of.

Estimates for the heart worm treatment are around $1600, and the vet expects he'll need two rounds of ear infection treatment at $200 each, for a total of $2,000. I have been able to cover some of the initial needs so far for his comfort/medication, but the total for treatments is beyond my means on top of paying bills.
