As some of you know, I got injured some time ago but now I’m happy to announce that I’ll be back on training like before soon :D so I’ll be back to posting consistently again soon too, lmk if you guys have any suggestions for content. Ly !
I tore my trapezius and elbow ligaments on an accident 9 months ago and even though i went to therapy I never got better. These past 2 weeks the pain got worst so I decided to go to the doctor yesterday and they told me I can’t do upper body for about 2 months, which makes me sad because I had just started to see progress on my calisthenics journey, but at the same time I’m happy that this pain will go away soon. I’ll try to keep posting fitness content and keep you guys updated on my healing journey 💪
Hi!! Just wanted to let you know that I will be doing a very much needed deload week, but I promise I’ll try to stay active on my socials :) Anddd I’m working on a new long term YouTube video for this week, I’ll let you know when I upload it ❤️

I got injured :(
