Movie Name: Meet Joe Black (1998)

Plot:
The story follows media mogul Bill Parrish, who is contemplating a corporate merger while his daughter Susan, a doctor, is in a relationship with Drew, a member of Billâs board. Bill advises Susan to wait for true love, and soon after, she meets a charming young man at a coffee shop. However, the man is fatally struck by cars.
That evening, "Death" visits Bill, taking the young man's body as his own and calling himself "Joe Black." Death offers Bill more time in exchange for being his earthly guide. Joe experiences human life, including falling in love with Susan, though she senses something unusual about him.
Meanwhile, Drew secretly manipulates events to force Bill out of his company and push forward the merger. As Joe becomes entangled with Susan, Bill warns him against taking her with him when he departs. Joe realizes the importance of true love and decides to let Susan live.
At Billâs 65th birthday party, Joe helps expose Drewâs corruption, restoring Billâs control over his company.
