I work as a Chef, Manager, Hospitality Unit & F & B Based Industrial Unit Consultant.
I have a working experience as a Chef & Manager of over 35 years with 5 star category Hotels, Resorts & Clubs.
I also have worked as a part time work Consultant for over 15 years & have completed more than 200 projects like Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries, Base Commercial Kitchens.
I have designed & launched Canteens & Old Age Homes with Kitchen & Mess Complex.
I have also designed & launched Spices & Masala Grinding & Mixing Units & formulated Masala Mixes, Amrtrtsari Vadi & Papad & Mouth Fresheners recipes.
I also have set up plants to develop Tea, Tea Wine, Tea Liquor etc.
