THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT OF THE CHANNEL! Despite my lack of activity in posting over the past 6-8 months or so, you all have continued to show your support by watching and subscribing! I'm proud to say that we have officially crossed a major milestone of 10,000 subscribers strong. Each, and every one of you mean the world to me. I wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and to tell you that I haven't forgotten about you despite my inactivity on the channel. I spent most of the last year training for two competitions, my first in 15 years of not competing in amateur boxing. The first match back I won by the grace of God, against the man in the second picture on this string of photos. The second fight later in the year was against the man in the third photo in the string, he bested me that day. Win one, lose one, it's all experience. I'm proud to have come back to competition before it's too late. I had the privilege of competing gainst two of the most respectful, and upstanding opponents I've ever met. The picture of me and my second opponent is a recent sparring session we had. It's always great to make friends not enemies, and have more people to work with as a result of competition. All that said, I have sharpened my skills in real life, and I plan to get back to posting even more informative and entertaining content for you all in the very near future. Cheers to 10K 🍻 and to getting back to business! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, your support means the world to me! 🙏 💪🥊🥊

Ran 7 miles just now. Walked the first half a mile at 3mph. Then ran the first mile at 5 mph, and the next 6 at 7 mph. Finished the last .4 of the 7th mile at 10 miles an hour, and it broke the circuit shutting off the treadmill. In classic John Henry style, man defeats the machine lol! 😂😂😂 🔨🔨🔨 unfortunately that means that I couldn't get a picture of the stats 💀💀💀 last I saw was 1 hour and 16 minutes and some change. Total distance including the half mile walked to warm up, and half mile walked to cool down was 8 and some change. Overall, second furthest, and now fasted run I've ever done.

You ever get on the treadmill and feel so good you decide to just keep going. Then you break your longest run record and still feel great so you decide to keep going again, and again. I got on planning to run 2 miles at a very easy 5 miles an hour, and broke my longest run at 4 miles. Felt great at that point and decided to keep going. Broke one of my friends records of 7 miles, and decided what's another 3 miles. Hit the 10 mile mark and thought to myself, when am I ever gonna go this far again? So I decided to match my dad's record of a half marathon. Granted I'm actually .07 of a mile short technically since a half marathon is 13.1 miles. But I didn't know that until I got off. So I'm gonna count it lol.
I'm not a good runner by any stretch of the meaning. But it goes to show, if you get going and you feel good, just see how far it goes. Today I found out I can run a half marathon on a whim. The power of the mind and the moment is an amazing thing. Always push you limits and see what your capable off!
STATS: TOTAL TIME WAS 2 HOURS 36 MINUTES AND 58 SECONDS. THE TIME OM THE TREADMILL RESET AT 100 MINUTES, TOTAL CALORIES BURNED 2062 BY THE TREADMILLS COUNT.
