Alright, time for another update:
Firstly, I have some truth to get out. The big book adaptation is still on the pipeline (of sorts), however, somewhere in the final portions of filming it, I ran into a creative block.
So, in order to attempt to get out of that block, I do have another project to get out of the way, and it's a story that I've had in the works for some time, and I'm getting to the end of the filming portion of it. As of now, I have no idea when it will be fully finished (If I can get the edit done by next week, I'll be happy), but I think you lot will like this one, as it relates to my "canon" of the NWR, as well as a fan-favorite character from the TV series.

Right, time for an update on what's going on and what's coming up.
Firstly, I finally acquired a model to represent as the channel mascot: A Bachmann Ex-Midland Railway Fowler 4F. This is a model that I've been wanting to get my hands on for quite a while, as every time I've seen one on Rails of Sheffield, I've always been strained of funds, and when said funds finally come to pasture, the model is already sold before I can net it myself.
Second: Last weekend, I visited the private Manatee Central Railroad to meet up with some friends in the live steam community, and I got to drive a coal-fired locomotive for the first time. There will be a video on that experience coming soon, so watch this space.
Third and fourth, yes, I will be doing something in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Railway Series, in which I have two projects, one short term and one long term.
The short-term project is another model: an R.Duck Locomotive Works kit of a Brighton E2, in which I will be making into a representation of Thomas.
The long-term project is a full-on adaptation of the book "Thomas The Tank Engine" in Trainz. Yes, I'm aware that Thomas' debut book came out the year after "The Three Railway Engines," but knowing the fandom, that might be the key priority choice of book they'll adapt this year, so I went with an alternative choice. Filming has begun, though with other short-term projects going on, this will likely take longer to do, hence it being a "long-term" project.
