Joseph Thomas is a Film Composer based in New York. His scoring credits include the short film noir parody “A Death to Die For” and the follow up short “A Debt to Die For” written and directed by Jackson Mirmina (Real Criminals, Greaseballs), who co-starred alongside BAFTA-Winning Actor Roger Clark (Red Dead Redemption II, Red Dead’s History).
Joseph recently collaborated with Ethan Geiger and scored his short film “Five Star Realtors” a satirical short film that follows three morally dubious property managers who decide to break into apartments they manage, vandalize them, and charge their tenants for it all. The movie is shot by Emmy-winning DP Chris Barron (Jerabek, Mitchell 20, and The Joe Show).
As a Film Composer, Joseph gravitates toward Crime, Mystery & Thriller—genres that echo his childhood in Brooklyn, New York where witnessing violent crime left him with a profound curiosity about humanity’s darker truths and a drive to explore them through his art.
