Motivation was high on the 1st January but you may be noticing it starting to slide.
Here’s some tips to staying consistent.
1.Be realistic🤲🏼 Make your action plan achievable. When we over predict what we can do, it can leave us feeling disheartened when we don’t achieve it & even want to give up all together.
Break your goals down into smaller actionable steps & set realistic time frames for when you aim to achieve them. If you don’t, readjust your plan to be more realistic & try to not judge yourself!
2. Have a clear WHY❤️🔥 Why do you want to achieve your goal? Why does it matter to you?
It is so important to be clear on the reason why you want this. Reminding yourself of your WHY will restore your motivation & spark that fire within you to keep going.
3. Make time for self care🥰 You need to look after yourself, you are the person who is going to get you to where you went to be.
She needs to be cared for… Are you eating the right things to help you succeed? Are you getting enough rest? Are you making time for things you enjoy?
4. Ditch perfectionism🫶🏻 Don’t focus on those thoughts about everything needing to be right. If we wait for everything to be perfect, we will never get to where we went to be.
Action helps us overcome perfectionism & trust that you will learn along the way. We tend to be our hardest critic but that’s not going to help us bringing ourselves down.
Be kind, supportive & understanding to yourself… Watch how far you will go😍
