Hey everyone, I'd like to talk about a fellow Zelda content creator named @thelegendskeep and hopefully clear up some malicious and false information being spread around about them and their content.
I, as well as multiple other Zelda content creators such as @SwaggMasta0 have received multiple comments on some of our Shorts (from the bad actor who's spreading this slander on multiple accounts) that have made the claim that The Legends Keep had "stolen our videos" when in actuality, they haven't. Not a single content creator has discovered any "stolen videos" on The Legends Keep's channel or anything even close to it, so if you see these types of comments coming from someone, they're NOT true at all. I've been talking directly with this creator about their situation after receiving these comments and it turns out that The Legends Keep has been dealing with extremely over the top, unnecessary and inappropriate negativity for a while now from either a very hellbent individual or a small group of equally bored people and I think it's far past time for it to come to an end.
I am 100% vouching for The Legend Keep's authenticity as well as their genuine talent for creating Zelda content. Their channel has extraordinary potential to reach great heights on this platform and I can't stand seeing his ascent become burdened by bad behavior within this community. Please go and check out their channel if you enjoy Shorts content, I guarantee you that they would really appreciate seeing some of your positivity brighten up their comment sections right about now. If you want to know the full context of The Legend Keep's situation, please watch the recently released YouTube Short that SwaggMasta just uploaded, I'll link it at the bottom of this post. It goes into the finer details of the types of harrassment that this creator has been experiencing and more, but to summarize it, The Legends Keep began his channel using an AI voice in order to narrate their content for a little while. He couldn't voice them himself at the beginning because he didn't have a good enough microphone to do so. His extremely unforgiving living conditions also greatly hindered his ability to record anything that sounded clean enough to use with the microphone that he did have, so he opted to just use an AI voice temporarily until he was able to voice his own content. He eventually did manage to get himself a better microphone and has since been voicing his own content for a while now. Perfectly reasonable and understandable stuff, right? Nobody's situation is perfect and sometimes we just have to improvise with what we've got and that's exactly what TLK did, so fair play to him. However, the fact that he used an AI voice at all has triggered someone so bad that they now spread straight up lies about TLK everywhere they can, even in people's chats during live streams. I get that a lot of people out there do not like AI and are vehemently opposed to its application in any form, but come on, this is just ridiculous. He's even going out of his way to re-voice his AI voiced content with his OWN voice because even HE didn't want to have to use an AI voice for crying out loud, I mean what more do you want from the guy? Cut him some slack.
I don't like involving myself in "drama" of any sort because at the end of the day, I'm the kind of person who just flat out does not care at all about what other people do, but I'm not going to sit here and allow someone to spread blatant lies in MY comment sections about another Zeldatuber. Rest assured, I am still working on that Ocarina of Time video that I mentioned in my last community post, but in regards to that, I'd like to make something clear. Due to some unexpected and extremely upsetting series of events that unfolded in rapid succession over the last couple of weeks, I afforded myself some time to fully process and recover from it all. Without going into too much detail, June has not been a very kind month to a dear friend of mine to say the least. Treasure your loved ones and never let the opportunity to do something for them in order to show your appreciation slip away, because those opportunities are ultimately finite. Never forget that.
I don't normally divulge personal turmoil or dwell on the negatives, but I just wanted to be transparent on where I'm at when it comes to releasing this OoT video. Yes, I'm still working on it, but I had to put it on hold half way into editing it together for a while. I'm now ready to continue working on it again and have already started doing some stuff as of yesterday night. I apologize for the lack of uploads, I truly meant to have this video and more up weeks ago, but life abruptly took the wheel for a bit.
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the upcoming OoT video when it finally drops. I've been learning some new skills and putting them to the test in this one, so please check it out when it's up!

Hello everyone! As promised in yesterday's community post, I've got an update for you today! Let's get into it.
I've always had a...darker perspective on something that was conveyed to us in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. A brutal truth that these two games do NOT want you to know about...but you will soon!
Regarding what I've been up to recently, while I was editing down my voiceover for the upcoming Ocarina of Time video, I noticed that my audio sounded different and rather poor quality for some reason. This sent me on a multi-day long painful journey of troubleshooting, finding the issue, fixing the issue, then having to completely change my entire voiceover recording and editing process from the ground up because the fix fundamentally altered the way my mic sounded, which meant I could no longer use anything from my old method since it was all catered specifically to how my mic sounded before the issue occurred. I haven't "upgraded" my voiceover's audio in almost two years and I figured now was the best opportunity to do so while I was messing around with it. After re-recording the entire voiceover for the OoT video 4 more times (yes, I'm insane) and fine tuning my new audio setup each time, I finally landed on something I was satisfied with. I'll sound a bit different in the upcoming OoT video, so when it drops, I'd appreciate it if you could leave some feedback in the comments, I'm curious to see what everyone thinks about it!
