After taking a break to reflect and process I am back with another VLOG! 🤩📹💫

This one is highly emotional and very vulnerable. I was avoiding editing it for months and I had to push past feelings of discomfort to share it!
But I’m so grateful I’ve been able to move through the discomfort, process the trauma and transmute it to something beautiful.

The feedback so far has been nothing short of amazing. I am so grateful to all who watched, commented or reached out to share thoughts🤍

There are so many opinions and practices around Altars and Offerings out now and I know some of the practices I mentioned in my video go against them. Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t, Like some spiritualist would never eat anything off of their altar after offering. And THAT’S OKAY!  In my video I invite you to do the work necessary to cultivate a relationship with your spirits and practices that work for you. Through Meditation, Listening to your body and Intuition you can cultivate an aligned practice of ancestral veneration that is perfect for you and your people. 

Last Last your relationship is exactly that, YOUR RELATIONSHIP!
