I wanted to make an AU called Undertale: Spasmodic:
Lore:
In one timeline, following the events of Undertale: A Little Change, Sans and Undyne the Undying fought together. However, this time, Undyne was targeted first and killed. The final blow—a perfectly aimed strike from the ballet shoes—caused her liquid DETERMINATION to splatter directly into Sans’s eye sockets.

Even after Sans was killed, the liquid DETERMINATION kept him conscious. In the next reset, just before the Throne Room, Sans woke up in his bed—but he remembered everything.

That night, he had a nightmare. He tried to distract himself, heading to Grillby’s to buy some ketchup, but no matter how much he drank, his mind kept replaying the memories of the reset. Slowly, his sanity started to unravel.

Desperate for control, he began conducting his own experiments in his garage. He wanted to become like The Undying—to surpass death, to fight back. So, he created a serum infused with liquid DETERMINATION and injected it directly into his skull.

Then, the Spasmodic transformation began.

His eyes started twitching, spasming, and jerking in unnatural ways. His body convulsed as an uncontrollable madness overtook him. He sprinted outside like a crazed beast, rampaging through Snowdin and slaughtering its residents without hesitation.

Finally, he encountered Papyrus.

At that moment, Insanity Sans’s vision distorted. Papyrus stood before him, but he saw something else. His mind fractured further, and he started speaking in gibberish.

Then, he attacked.

In the struggle, Papyrus accidentally impaled himself on a sharp bone. Paralyzed but still alive, he reached out for his brother. But Insanity Sans, consumed by rage, took the same sharp bone and drove it through Papyrus’s head.

And then… he kept going.
He encountered Undyne who made him loses a bunch of HP gained and they had a very harsh fight, ps who almost died but saved by the human slash, giving the human free xp, encounters, after encounters, Sans finally got to Mettaton NEO who knows about the situations, fought him he uses his hand blaster to shoot Sans face rendering him deformed, Asgore is still hiding in the throne room, Flowey is still alive

Today is the day I achieve 100 demons in Geometry Dash Mobile. It took me a whole year to reach this achievement, From The Club, to The TOE, to THE LOCKED, to the TOP. It was fun completing all the Easy Demons to Medium Demons. I might try to tackle harder difficulties in the near future.
