This channel was created to document our family's endeavor to build a Homestead in Alabama. We will be partially off grid with the intention of building a custom Barndominium as our full time residence. From pond and land management to large scale construction projects done on a budget this channel will have it all!

Which grips would you choose? The rubber is more practical adding a bit more length to the K6xs but the wooden just look soooo good! We’ve ran into a Coyote problem and I can’t keep my rifle on me but I usually keep this in the SXS if needed.

The inspirational quotes have been all over my feed this week. Between being sick and behind schedule with our house build I need all the motivation I can get. My body can’t rest with my to do list being 10 pages long. The time change has greatly slowed me down too. Working my full time job and managing @adventurearchaeology is a lot but the house build in the middle is pushing the limits. Sorry for the vent session haha!

Home away from Home until the Barndo build is complete! The Tundra did well for the size but I definitely will not be hauling this one across country 😝. We will do a complete tour video of our current living situation this week!
