I teach Qi Gong because it changed my life. I went through a period where I woke up every morning feeling heavy, hopeless, like I'd gone somewhere and couldn't find my way back.
I didn't try to think my way out of it.
I just showed up, wiggled my arms, and breathed.
Somewhere in the middle of that practice, the weight lifted. I felt okay. I didn't have to understand why. I moved, and something changed.
So I hung up my apron and dedicated my life to teaching Qi Gong.
I've watched this practice do the same for others. The stressed, the stiff, the sleepless. People who just needed something gentle that actually works.
