Today marks another year around the sun!

This last year of life has given me a lot to think about, particularly, how I show up every day, what makes life fulfilling and meaningful, and what I want to keep and let go of going forward. And that, is the theme of my next body work: embodying the #blueprint for the kind of life I want to lead.

Hello, lovely people! There's no #storytime update this week but just wanted to share that I will be back very soon! Life has been hectic (in a good way) with a lot of projects I am super excited about (more about those soon). But I see the need to be intentional about pacing myself.

This means choosing the most important things in the moment, and today it's prioritizing my evening run and packing for an upcoming work trip so that my future self can thank me. It's hard to believe that we're already a month into 2024... It's been a roller-coaster start to the year, but I'm very hopeful about what February will bring! My debut EP "Polarity" drops on Feb 23rd and I cannot wait to share it with all of you ⚡️❤️‍🔥
My EP has 5 songs: 5 chapters representing the full spectrum of emotions, from the negative to the positive. Starting tomorrow, every few days, I will share a teaser of each song along with the story behind it.
