Hey, do you know anyone that is looking to join a team as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer?

Loan Officer Assistant - just needs to be new, meaning just passed NMLS test and has a job currently they can work and do LOA duties part time, but ideally full time on weekends.

They'll get exclusive training with me directly and paid on a per submission tier each month.

Loan Officer - need some experience in verbiage, be able to work independently and capable of taking direction thru personal one on one training.


ALL LEADS PROVIDED.

CRM paid for that provides:

Dialer

SMS and EMAIL Drip Campaigns

Hand held assistance from ME on each deal brought in

Expect an average of 25-30 new leads per day (not trigger leads but live AGG leads)

Must be organized and have good phone sales experience

MAINLY REFINANCES ONLY - so needs to understand the cadence and needs for this lead type

I work closely with you and team up on these leads. I have a well vetted flow, sales script, text template and resources to make this a simple sales funnel for you in either role.

You DO NOT need to reside in CA, however you do need an NMLS license if you're applying for an LO role but no need for NMLS if you're applying for an LOA role.

I meet with my team weekly and tailor a specific training for them each week. I also provide proper guidance and mentoring through the week.

I AM HIGHLY MOTIVATED IN YOUR SUCCESS as you'll be calling leads I PAID FOR. So my goal is to make sure you convert them.
