A second ever podium for me in CRL👊 It was a pretty boring race since I did a one stop I didn’t want to waste any time fighting with the others but the one stop worked giving me a podium. Onto Las Vegas🎰
It was a perfect sprint race for us and we just held off the championship leader for the win. It was a decent quali that gave us a good chance to fight for the win in the feature. I had a great start immediately getting up to second place and then eventually I took the lead a couple laps later⚡️ But while leading the race I got absolutely punted by second place and it completely took off my front wing which ruined my race. It was an annoying way to lose the race because I didn’t do anything wrong but still got taken out. Onto China🇨🇳🔜
After many races I have finally gotten my first ever league racing win🏁 I had great pace this whole round and ended up getting the wets pole on top of the win giving me maximum points for the round. Turn 1 was absolute carnage and I lost a position. But I had great pace and after only 4 laps fought my way back to the lead. From there I just continued to lead the race and bring home a win with a nice gap behind👊
I qualified dead last after getting track limts on all my laps. But then I had the best opening lap I’ve ever had in league racing going all the way up to third in one lap. I had really good pace from there and managed to hold on to P3 until a late safety car restart. The restart was absolute chaos but I managed to bring home a P2 finish which is my best ever league race finish, and it’s even better that I did it at my home race🇺🇸🦅
Another fifth place finish. So far we are seven races into the season and I’ve finished fifth in every race except for one😭 But this league has gotten really competitive lately so I’m very happy to be finishing in the top 5. It was a pretty straightforward race for me because Suzuka doesn’t have much spots for overtaking so I mostly just stayed in fifth all race. Got my first driver of the day as well🤝
