Block back pain with some simple exercises. A yoga block or pillow will suffice !

1. High supported bridge - yoga block goes under your back. This position relieves a lot of spinal tension and gets your hips fully extended.

2. Block bridge squeeze - hold the yoga block between your knees and hold for 30 seconds. Tighten your butt!

3. Side plank squeeze - hold between the knees in the modified side plank position. Knees bent. This one targets your obliques and inner thighs.
