Behind us is the first property I bought back in 2012! It was about an hour away from where I lived in California.

I bought this property at $240k and it’s now worth $600k!

It took me another EIGHT years to get my next property (a 4-plex in the next slide) not only because I was working hard on boosting her income and savings, but also due to fear of investing out-of-state.
