Winning with Beckwith is a leadership podcast hosted by Matt Beckwith.
Matt is an all-in follower of Jesus, husband to an amazing wife, and father to 4 daughters. He was born and raised in Virginia and a proud graduate of EMU in Harrisonburg, VA where he met his wife Tasha.
He and his wife are active leaders at their church, Community Church in Chesapeake, and believe their faith is the most important part in their success.
In 2013 Matt became a partner at OVM Financial and he is very proud of what the ownership team, executive team and all of their employees have accomplished over the past eight years. Not only has Matt been recognized as one of the Top Mortgage Loan Originators in the country over the past six years by Scotsman Guide, OVM has also been consistently one of the fastest growing companies in the US according to Inc. Magazine. They are very proud of the fun culture at OVM that has enabled the operations staff and loan officers to grow and develop their careers.
