Just got my time from poppintree's 500th Parkrun and to help them celebrate i smashed 2 mins off my pb. With a stunning 30mins 45s. What a morming!!!

What started out as a plan for a steady recovery run after a tight calf last week turned into my first ever sub 35min 5k. Smashing 42 seconds off my previous best. Wasn't the plan, but it just felt good so I kept going. Let's see if I can match it or beat it when I film Parkrun no.4 at the weekend!!!
