I didn't smile like this for about two years after treatment.
I looked fine. I told everyone I was fine. Meanwhile I was exhausted by 2pm, gaining weight I couldn't explain, and lying awake convinced every ache was it coming back.
What changed wasn't time. It was having an actual system — one built on evidence, not on "give yourself grace."
That's what I'm handing you on September 8th. Three keys: how to eat so your body rebuilds instead of just gets by, how to train back the strength treatment took, and how to get out of the recurrence fear loop for good.
90 minutes, live on Zoom, completely free. Live attendees get my Ultimate Anti-Cancer Food Guide too.

Stage 3 to CANCER FREE. Here is how I did it 👇👇
Being diagnosed with cancer was the scariest thing that I have ever been through.
It's terrible to think about yourself as a statistic but - things felt stacked against me.
But I needed to be here. For my family! I knew that nothing was guaranteed but I was going to give it my BEST shot.
Now I'm 8 years later and I'm still cancer free! Here's how I did it!
Instead of scrolling through social media looking for 1 simple trick or tip to keep me cancer free - I found experts to guide me in the right direction.
Instead of believing that this was just my "new normal" - I actively worked to be free of the chemo side effects (and I'm healthier now than ever before)
Instead of crossing my fingers and hoping cancer wouldn't come back - I did everything in my power to lower my risk.
But look - getting all of this done is tough. I'm not going to lie to you. This is not an easy path. It's simpler to just mentally decide you have no control - although that is not the truth.
But if you truly want to do everything in your power to get to cancer free and stay cancer free - let me show you how!

BIG MISTAKE (don't make the same one!)
After cancer, I wanted to do everything in my power to heal and put cancer in the past.
So I DOVE (head first) reading everything I could about cancer, nutrition, supplement, toxins. If there was something I could be doing - I wanted to DO IT!
Here's where I messed up...
I was trying to listen to TOO MANY people.
People that had no business giving cancer advice.
People who were just out to make a buck
It was so much NOISE that I felt more overwhelmed and confused than ever before.
Until I did this -
I started TRUSTING MYSELF. I was smart. I was well researched. I could make the decisions that were right for me (no matter who disagreed).
Once I did that - my entire life starting opening up and I gained so much clarity! It was such a relief.
Can I help you do the same?

Scanxiety is real and nobody prepares you for it 😅
The phone rings. It's their number. And before you've even answered you've already lived through three worst-case scenarios.
Here's the thing — this reaction is not you being dramatic or "not coping well." Your nervous system spent months learning that clinic contact means bad news is coming. It got very good at that lesson. It's doing exactly what it was trained to do.
So instead of trying to talk yourself out of it, work with it.
Book the first appointment slot of the day if you can. The waiting is worse than the scan. Don't give it eight extra hours.
Ask your team what the results timeline actually is, and ask them to call either way. Half the panic is not knowing whether silence means good or bad.
Put something on the calendar for right after. Anything. A walk, a coffee, a friend. Your brain needs somewhere to land that isn't the couch.
Eat before you go. I know appetite disappears on scan days, but a blood sugar crash and anxiety feel almost identical in the body, and one of those you can actually control. Protein-heavy — it holds you steadier for longer.
Move your body that morning. Ten minutes is enough. Adrenaline needs somewhere to go and this is the cheapest place to send it.
And know that scanxiety fades. Not immediately, but it does. Mine used to start two weeks out. Now it's a couple of days, and it passes.
The stronger and steadier your body gets, the less power those phone calls have over you. That's not a mindset trick — it's physiology.
I walk through the whole recovery framework in my free workshop, Confidently Cancer Free. Register here 👉

Nobody warns you about the in-between stage 😅
Everyone tells you your hair will grow back. Nobody tells you what it grows back AS.
Month one you get fuzz. Soft, patchy, possibly grey, definitely not a hairstyle.
Month three you get the chemo curl. Tight, wiry, going in four directions at once, and completely different from the hair you had your entire life.
Month six you get the mullet phase. Sides are doing something, the top is doing something else entirely, and you're wearing a lot of headbands.
It's usually somewhere around 12 to 18 months before it looks like YOUR hair again. And the texture often changes back on its own once the growth cycle settles.
So while you're waiting — here's what actually moves the needle.
Protein. Hair is literally built from it, and if you're under-eating protein your body will not spend it on regrowth. It goes to organs and muscle first. 100g+ a day, minimum.
Get your ferritin checked. Not just haemoglobin — ferritin. Low iron stores stall regrowth and it's one of the most missed things post-treatment.
Vegetables and fibre for the rest of it. 2.5 cups and 30g daily.
Then be gentle. Wide-tooth comb, no heat, nothing pulled tight. New growth is fragile.
And stop assessing your hair at month three. You are not looking at the finished product.
The bigger truth is that hair regrowth is just a visible version of what's happening everywhere else in your body. Feed the rebuild and everything comes back faster — energy, strength, the version of you that you actually recognise.
That's the whole framework I teach in my free workshop, Confidently Cancer Free.

Being diagnosed with cancer is tough. ❤️
Everyone knows this so when you were first diagnosed, you likely received an overwhelming amount of love and support.
When cancer is first discovered in your body - your oncology team works fast. Scans, labs, test, treatments. Do everything possible to get this under control and get it done as quickly as possible.
But when treatment ends, that all changes.
Of course everyone sees the end of treatment as the end of cancer. Family and friends want to celebrate because you are finally done. You can move on with your life.
All that support goes away.
The job of your oncology team is done. You are cancer free. So the appointments start to spread out, it’s difficult to get a call back, and you are left alone.
All through out treatment, it feels like you are actively taking steps to get to cancer free. There is a plan. You are following that plan and checking things off the list.
But then once that plan is complete. It’s just space and time. Nothing.
It’s natural for this time after cancer treatment to be a time where anxiety is at an all time high. This is very common for those diagnosed with cancer. Now that the dust has settled you have time to think about what just happened to you and it all hits you - hard.
It’s time to heal. It’s time to recover. You weren’t meant to live in this survival space forever.
You are not alone. There is an entire community of women waiting here for you.

Chemo “looks fine” from the outside 😵💫
What people don’t see is the nausea, the bone-deep exhaustion, the anxiety, the sleepless nights, the white-knuckling through every single day.
Handling chemo “well” often just means you’re surviving quietly.
Smiling through appointments.
Crying in the car.
Doing everything you can to get through.
And here’s what your cancer team never told you 👇
White-knuckling is not a recovery strategy.
Your body needs real support after chemo.
Nutrition.
Movement.
Lifestyle changes that actually help you heal.
This isn’t about being strong.
It’s about giving your body what it needs to recover and stay cancer free. 💫
Here's what to do next.
