Testing starts Thursday
We are doing an efficiency loss test
Not an estimated one like people have done in the past
But with 3 load cells
1-before to measure line tension (winch output)
2- at the ring/pulley to measure mechanical advantage
3-one after the ring/pulley to measure how much force is being lost or absorbed by the product (efficiency loss)

We are also measuring the heat with thermal imaging during the pull for heat build up on lines, soft shackles, and the product DURING THE PULL NOT AFTER

We are also measuring the weights of each product

We are also doing a cost analysis, which one performs the best per dollar spent

Also be doing a line retention test
Pulling on a pulley or ring till it’s tight
Back up 4 feet
And pull again without resetting the ring or pulley to see if they fell off

All of this is being done with a few local Jeep guys as witnesses

So no one can say we faked anything
